Google Review Removal For Doctors And Clinics
A clinic's profile is often the first thing a worried patient reads. We check the reviews you send against Google's rules and report the ones written by people who were never seen, posted off topic, or that expose private details. You are charged only for reviews that Google takes down.
The doctor here is a fraud pushing pills for the drug companies. Do not trust this clinic.
- No visit, booking or call on record under this name
- The account left the same claim on several clinics in one month
- The text attacks medicine in general, not a visit
What Google expects from a clinic review
Google's content policy for reviews asks for honest accounts of a real experience. A patient who waited too long, felt rushed or disagreed with a diagnosis is entitled to say so. What the rules do not allow is content from people with no connection to the clinic, content that is really about something else, and content that puts private information in public.
Medical offices see all three. Health topics stir strong opinions, so clinics get reviews about vaccines, prescriptions or the health system from people who never booked a visit. Shared buildings and similar names bring reviews meant for another practice. And sometimes a reviewer names another patient or describes their condition, which is a privacy problem on its own.
Our job is to find the reviews that break the rules and report them properly. When a review is a real patient's honest complaint, we tell you so plainly.
Patterns We See On Clinic Profiles
Most of the review links clinics send us fall into one of these groups.
Reviews From Non Patients
Complaints about a visit, a test or a prescription from a name that is not in your appointment system at all.
Health Politics, Not Care
Posts about vaccine rules, masks, drug prices or the health system that say nothing about care at your clinic.
Another Patient's Details
Reviews that name another patient, describe someone's condition, or post a staff member's private contact details.
Which Clinic Reviews Can Come Down
Every link is checked first, and you hear our honest view on each one before anything is reported.
Clinic Reviews We Work On
- Reviews from people with no visit, booking or call on record
- Reviews meant for another practice in the same building or with a similar name
- Off topic posts about health policy, vaccines or the cost of care in general
- Reviews that reveal another person's health or contact details
- Reviews from a rival practice or a former employee
- Threats or abuse aimed at doctors, nurses or front desk staff
Clinic Reviews That Usually Stay
- A real patient unhappy with a wait, a diagnosis or a bedside manner
- A family member describing a visit they came along to
- A billing complaint from someone the clinic did treat
Patients who feel unheard often post because they could not reach anyone. A prompt private follow up can matter more than any report.
Shared buildings, group practices and similar names
Many clinics sit in medical centers next to other practices, and many share common words in their names. Patients mix them up all the time, then post their review on the wrong profile. A review that describes a doctor, a specialty or a floor you do not have is not about your business, and that is a fair reason to report it.
Group practices have a related problem. A complaint about one doctor can land on the main clinic profile, and that is usually allowed, because the patient really was seen there. We will tell you when a review is in the right place and simply unwelcome.
Replies, privacy and what not to say
Most countries have strict rules on patient privacy, and a public reply is not the place to discuss anyone's care. Do not confirm a visit, a test or a diagnosis, even to correct something untrue. A short reply that thanks the person and asks them to contact the practice directly protects you and still shows readers that you respond.
Our guide on how to respond to a bad Google review has more examples. Dental and cosmetic offices face the same limits, which we cover on the pages for dentists and med spas.
What to send us
Send review links only. We never need medical records, and you should not share them with us. A short note is enough: whether the name appears in your system, whether the review fits a different practice, and anything that suggests a link to a rival or a former employee.
- A link to every review you want checked, from the share button in Google Maps
- Your note on whether the person is in your system
- Screenshots, in case the review is edited or the account renamed
From there the steps are the same for every business, and you can read them on our review removal page. If reviews come from accounts with no visit at all, our page on reviews from people who were never customers goes deeper.
From link to removed
No forms and no accounts to set up. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, and you always know where each review stands.
Open the review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and send it to us on WhatsApp. One link or a whole sheet both work.
We read every review against Google's rules, tell you which ones qualify, and send you a quote. No surprises.
We report each review that breaks the rules and keep after it. It is often fast, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.
You pay per review, and only for reviews that actually get removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
Worst place ever. Do not waste your time or money here!
Clinic review questions
If the relative came to the visit or dealt with your staff, it is usually a real experience and stays. If they are repeating something they heard and were never involved, it may qualify. Send the link and we will look at the wording.
Reviews that expose someone else's private health details break Google's rules on personal information, and we report them on those grounds. A patient talking about their own condition is a different case and is usually allowed.
Reviews about a policy debate rather than a visit count as off topic. Send the links as they arrive. We check each one, because a few may come from real patients who were affected by the policy.
No. We work from the review links and your note on what you found. Please keep patient records inside the clinic.
No. Good Rating is an independent service based in Pakistan and is not affiliated with Google. We work from the review rules Google publishes for everyone, and we know them well.
Send Us Your Clinic's Review Links
Message us on WhatsApp with the reviews you want checked. We look at each one, explain where it stands, and you are only charged for reviews that are removed.
