Google review removal
Some reviews should never have been posted: fakes, spam, rivals, and people who never walked through your door. We check every link you send against Google's content rules, report the ones that break them, and charge only for reviews that come down.
Reviews Google does not allow
Google's content policy spells out what a review may not contain. When a review on your profile falls into one of these groups, it can be reported, and that is where we come in.
Fake reviews
Posted by someone with no real experience of your business, often from new or throwaway accounts.
Spam and bots
Copy paste text, links and ads, and accounts that post the same words on business after business.
Never a customer
Someone who never bought, visited or booked, writing about a place they only heard about.
Competitors
A rival business, or someone close to one, posting to drag your rating down.
Former employees
A staff member who left on bad terms, writing about the job instead of a customer visit.
Off topic
Rants about politics, the news, traffic or another business that say nothing about yours.
Harassment and hate
Threats, slurs, personal attacks on your staff, and profanity used to offend or to stress a complaint.
Personal information
Reviews that post someone's phone number, home address or other private details.
Harsh is not the same as fake.
Straight answer: a real customer who had a bad experience is allowed to say so, even in strong words. If a review is genuine and follows the rules, it usually stays up, and we tell you that before any work starts.
Worth reporting, or likely to stay?
Every link you send ends up on one of these two lists, and we tell you which is which.
Usually worth reporting
- A review whose own words or account show the writer was never your customer
- A burst of one star reviews from new accounts in a short space of time
- A review written by a competitor, or by someone working for one
- A former employee writing about the job instead of a customer visit
- Threats, slurs, profanity, or someone's private details
- A review meant for a different business, or about something unrelated
Usually stays up
- A real customer describing a bad experience, even in harsh words
- A complaint about price, waiting or service that really happened
- A review you disagree with, written by someone who was a customer
- A low rating with no text, left by a real customer
Unsure about one? Send the link and we will give you a straight answer before any work starts.
From link to removed
No forms and no accounts to set up. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, and you always know where each review stands.
Open the review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and send it to us on WhatsApp. One link or a whole sheet both work.
We read every review against Google's rules, tell you which ones qualify, and send you a quote. No surprises.
We report each review that breaks the rules and keep after it. It is often fast, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.
You pay per review, and only for reviews that actually get removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
Worst place ever. Do not waste your time or money here!
Total scam, they stole from me!!! Avoid avoid avoid.
I used to work here. The owner is a liar, never trust them.
Just the review links.
There are no forms to fill in and no account to set up. Everything starts with the share link to each review you want gone.
Open your business on Google Maps, find the review, tap share on that review and choose Copy link. Then paste it into our WhatsApp chat. On a computer, the share option on the review gives you the same link.
Got a lot of them? Put the links in a sheet, one link per row, and send the sheet instead.
- The share link to each review
- The business name, if you run more than one location
- Anything you know about the reviewer, such as a rival or an old employee
- That is all. If we need anything else, we ask on WhatsApp.

Pay only when a review comes down.
We quote per review once we have checked your links. The price depends on the reviews and how many you send, so you get it on WhatsApp, not from a price list.
You pay for a review after it is removed. A review that stays up costs you nothing, so you are never paying for attempts.
- A quote before any work starts
- No charge for a review that stays up
- Clear updates on WhatsApp as each review moves
Review removal questions
Fake reviews, spam, reviews from people who were never customers, conflicts of interest such as competitors and former employees, off topic posts, harassment, hate, threats, profanity and personal information. Google lists them all in its contribution policy.
Usually not, and we will not pretend otherwise. A genuine customer is allowed to share a bad experience. If the review follows Google's rules it normally stays, and we tell you so when we check the link. A calm public reply is often the better move, and our guide on replying to a bad review shows how.
You can, and our guide on how to report a Google review walks you through it. Reporting is our everyday work: we pick the rule that fits, state it clearly, and keep following up, and you only pay when a review is actually removed.
There is no fixed price list. The quote depends on the reviews and how many you send. Message us the links on WhatsApp and we will check them and send you a quote.
It is often fast, but Google decides each report on its own, so we never promise a date. You get updates on WhatsApp as each review moves.
No. We never write, buy or sell reviews, and we cannot delete anything ourselves. Only Google, or the person who posted it, can take a review down. We report the ones that break the rules and follow up until there is an answer.
No. We are an independent team in Pakistan with no link to Google of any kind. Our reports are based on the policies Google makes public for everyone.

Got a review that breaks the rules?
Send the link on WhatsApp. We check it against Google's rules, tell you straight if it qualifies, and you pay only if it comes down.
