Remove Spam Google Reviews
Spam reviews have nothing to do with your business. They sell something, point to a link, repeat the same text everywhere or make no sense at all. Google's rules do not allow them, so we report each one and you pay only for reviews that come down.

- Advertises something unrelated to this business
- Sends readers to a link on the reviewer's profile
- The same text appears on many other businesses
What Google counts as spam in a review
Several parts of Google's contribution policy cover spam. The advertising and solicitation rule bans promotional content and links in reviews. The rule on unclear and repetitive content covers random strings of characters and the same text posted many times, from one account or many. Fake engagement covers accounts run by bots or by one person posing as many.
Spam is not always obvious. Sometimes it is a run of one star ratings with no text from accounts that have never reviewed anything else. Sometimes it is a normal looking sentence that also sits, word for word, on many other profiles.
The full list is on Google's prohibited and restricted content page. Here is how spam usually shows up on a business profile.
Signs A Review Is Spam
Spam tends to repeat itself, which makes it easier to spot than most rule breaking reviews.
Empty Or New Accounts
The reviewer has no photo, no history and no other reviews, or a long list of reviews posted in one afternoon.
Many At Once
A batch of reviews or star ratings lands together, followed by nothing for weeks.
The Same Words Everywhere
Search a line from the review and you find it on other businesses, sometimes in other countries.
Links And Handles
The text asks readers to visit a website, follow an account or send a message somewhere else.
Nonsense Text
Random letters, broken sentences or words that do not fit together in any language.
The Wrong Business
The review describes a product or service you have never offered.
Which Spam Reviews Qualify
We tell you which reviews are clear spam and which ones only look odd, before any work starts.
Spam Reviews We Work On
- Reviews that advertise a product, a service or an offer
- Reviews with links, social handles or contact details
- Random characters and text that makes no sense
- The same text posted on your profile more than once, or across many profiles
- A burst of ratings from empty accounts with no history
What Usually Stays Up
- A short real review, such as slow service or not good
- A real customer writing in another language, or with poor spelling
- A single star rating with no text from an account that looks normal
Spam is usually easy to judge. Send every odd review you have and we will sort them for you.
Why spam is worth reporting
One spam review is easy to ignore. A profile with several of them looks unattended, and readers start to wonder what else is wrong. Spam ratings with no text also count toward your average, even when there is nothing to read.
Spam also gets in the way of the reviews that matter. Customers scroll past junk to find real experiences, and some give up before they reach them.
How we handle spam reviews
Send us the links on WhatsApp, or just the link to your profile if there are a lot of them. We confirm which reviews are spam, check whether the same accounts or text show up elsewhere, and send you a quote for the ones that qualify.
Then we report each one under the rule that fits it best and follow up until Google decides. We do not promise a date, but we keep you updated on WhatsApp as each review moves, and you pay only for the ones removed.
Should you reply to spam?
There is no need. A reply gives the spam more attention, and nobody reads it for advice. Never click a link inside a spam review, and do not message the account behind it.
If the spam comes with a wave of fake one star reviews, read our pages on fake reviews and reviews from people who were never customers. To flag a single review yourself, our guide on how to report a Google review walks through the steps.
From link to removed
No forms and no accounts to set up. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, and you always know where each review stands.
Open the review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and send it to us on WhatsApp. One link or a whole sheet both work.
We read every review against Google's rules, tell you which ones qualify, and send you a quote. No surprises.
We report each review that breaks the rules and keep after it. It is often fast, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.
You pay per review, and only for reviews that actually get removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
Worst place ever. Do not waste your time or money here!
Spam review questions
Not on its own. Real customers often leave a rating without writing anything. It becomes a case when many come from empty or brand new accounts at the same time, which points to fake engagement.
Short is not against the rules. A real customer who writes only a word or two is allowed to. We look at the account and the pattern, not the length.
Spam accounts post across many profiles to look like real users, to promote something, or to sell fake activity to others. Your business is rarely the target in any personal sense, but the reviews still affect how your profile looks.
No. Do not click it and do not message the account. Copy the link to the review itself from the share option on Google Maps, and send that to us.
Each review is judged on its own, so they rarely all go together. We report every one and track each separately, and you can see on WhatsApp which ones are done and which are still open.
Send Us The Spam
Message us on WhatsApp with the spam reviews or your profile link. We check each one, and you pay only for the reviews that are removed.
