Remove Fake Google Reviews
A review from someone who was never your customer is not a real experience, and Google's rules do not allow it. We check each fake review you send us, report it on the right grounds, and you pay only for reviews that come down.
Terrible service, the worst place in town. Avoid at all costs!
- No record of this person as a customer
- The account reviewed businesses in several cities that same week
- The text could describe any business at all
What Google counts as a fake review
Google's contribution policy says a review must be based on a real experience with the business. Content that is not, or that is posted to push a rating up or down, falls under fake engagement. That covers reviews from people who never visited, reviews written by bots or paid posters, one person posting from several accounts, and reviews swapped or bought in bulk.
The rule cuts both ways. Paid praise breaks it just as much as a fake attack, which is why we never post reviews for anyone. Our job is the opposite: getting reviews that break the rules taken off your profile.
You can read the full wording on Google's prohibited and restricted content page. Below is how that policy plays out on a real profile.
How To Spot A Fake Review
No single sign proves a review is fake. Several of them together usually do.
No Record Of The Customer
The name, the order and the visit do not match anything in your bookings, sales records or call logs.
A Sudden Burst
Several one star reviews land close together after weeks of quiet, often with no photos and very little detail.
A Strange Reviewer History
The profile is brand new, reviews businesses in many cities, or posts the same few lines everywhere it goes.
What Qualifies And What Usually Stays
We tell you straight before any work starts, so you know where each review stands.
Fake Reviews We Work On
- Reviews from people with no visit, order or booking on record
- A burst of reviews from new or throwaway accounts
- Bot written or copy pasted text that also appears on other profiles
- Reviews from the same person under several names
- Reviews describing a service you do not offer or a place you do not run
What Usually Stays Up
- A real customer who had a bad experience, even if the wording is harsh
- A real customer whose version of events you disagree with
- A customer you do not recognize by name, with nothing else odd about the review
Not sure which side a review falls on? Send it anyway. Checking it costs you nothing.
What to gather before you report
Google looks at the review, the account behind it and the pattern around it. You make the case stronger when you can show that the person is not in your records. Search your bookings, invoices, call logs and messages for the name and the date the review describes.
- The link to each review, copied from the share option on Google Maps
- A short note in plain words on why you believe it is fake
- Screenshots of the review and the reviewer's profile, in case either one changes
If you want to report it yourself first, our guide on how to report a Google review covers the steps and the reasons to choose.
How we handle fake reviews
Send us the review links on WhatsApp. We read each review against Google's rules, look at the account and the timing, and tell you which ones we believe qualify before we quote. Once you say go, we report each review on the grounds that fit it and follow up until a decision comes back.
Removals are often fast, but every review is different, so we do not promise a date. We keep you updated on WhatsApp as each one moves, and you pay per review only when it is removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
Should you reply to a fake review?
A short, calm reply helps while a report is pending. Say you have no record of the visit and invite the person to contact you directly. Do not accuse anyone, and never share customer details. Future customers read your reply, and a steady tone tells them more than the review does.
If the fake reviews are part of a wider pattern, such as a rival business, our pages on competitor reviews and reviews from people who were never customers go into those cases.
From link to removed
No forms and no accounts to set up. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, and you always know where each review stands.
Open the review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and send it to us on WhatsApp. One link or a whole sheet both work.
We read every review against Google's rules, tell you which ones qualify, and send you a quote. No surprises.
We report each review that breaks the rules and keep after it. It is often fast, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.
You pay per review, and only for reviews that actually get removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
Worst place ever. Do not waste your time or money here!
Fake review questions
Google runs its own automated checks and removes a lot of fake content before it ever shows. Some still gets through, which is why reports from the business owner matter. A clear report that points to the right rule has the best chance of being acted on.
You do not need courtroom proof, but facts help. A missing booking, a reviewer who posts in many cities, or text copied from other profiles all make a stronger case. Send us what you have and we will tell you if it is enough.
Fake positive reviews break the same rules and can lead to restrictions on a profile. We do not write or sell reviews of any kind. If someone posted fake praise on your profile without asking you, report it the same way.
Get a quote on WhatsApp. The price depends on the reviews and how many you send, and you pay per review only when it is removed.
Often not long, but we do not promise a fixed date because every review and every account is different. We keep you posted on WhatsApp until each one is settled.
No. We are an independent team in Pakistan and are not affiliated with Google. We work from the review rules Google publishes.
