Remove Reviews From Non Customers

A Google review has to come from a real experience with the business. People who never came in, confused you with someone else, or reacted to something they read online are not reviewing you. We report those reviews on the right grounds, and you pay only for reviews that come down.

Never been inside and never will after what I read online. Shameful business.

  • Says outright that they never visited
  • Based on something read online, not an experience
  • No order, booking or visit on record
Not based on a real experience, so it is worth reporting

Why a review needs a real experience

Google's contribution policy says reviews must be based on a real experience at the place. Content that is not, or that does not accurately describe the location, falls under fake engagement. The reviewer does not have to be a paying customer, but they do have to have dealt with your business in some way.

That last point matters. Someone who called for a quote, walked in and left, or was turned away has had an experience, and their review is usually allowed. Someone who never had any contact with you has not, whatever they may have heard.

The rule is set out on Google's prohibited and restricted content page. Here is how it applies to the cases we see most often.

Signs The Reviewer Never Came In

Reviews from people who were never customers often say so themselves, if you read them closely.

Says So In The Review

Lines like never been here, have not tried them or will never go give it away straight from the text.

Arrived After A Post Spread

Reviews start soon after a news story, a viral video or a heated thread about your business.

Describes Another Business

The details fit a different company with a similar name, another branch or a different address.

Reviewer Lives Far Away

The account reviews places in other cities or countries and has no other link to your area.

Secondhand Stories

The writer repeats what a friend, a neighbor or a stranger online said about you.

No Trace In Your Records

The name, the date and the order do not match any booking, sale, call or message you have.

When A Stranger's Review Qualifies

We check every review you send for signs of real contact before we say anything about removal.

Non Customer Reviews We Work On

  • Reviews that admit the writer never visited or bought anything
  • A flood of reviews from strangers after a news story or viral post
  • Reviews meant for a different business with a similar name
  • Reviews describing a service, location or product you do not have
  • Secondhand stories from people repeating what they heard

What Usually Stays Up

  • Someone who called, got a quote or was turned away, describing that contact
  • A real customer who booked or paid under a different name
  • A customer you cannot find in your records, with nothing else odd about the review

Checking your records first saves time. If the person might have booked under another name, say so when you send the link.

Check your records first

Before you report, search for the reviewer everywhere a customer could leave a trace. People often book under a partner's name, pay with a work card or use a nickname online, so a missing name alone does not prove much.

  • Bookings, invoices and receipts around the date in the review
  • Call logs, messages and emails from that period
  • Any other branch or brand the person might be mixing you up with

If the review is clearly about somewhere else, note the details that do not match you, such as a service you do not offer or a street you are not on.

How we handle reviews from non customers

Send the links on WhatsApp with anything you found in your records. We read each review, look at the account and where else it posts, and tell you which reviews show no real experience. Those are the only ones we quote for.

We report each one under the fake engagement rule, or as off topic when it reacts to news rather than a visit. We follow up and keep you posted on WhatsApp, and you pay only for reviews that are removed.

When reviews arrive in a flood

A news story or a viral post can send strangers to your profile in large numbers. Do not reply to each one, and do not argue in public. Take screenshots, keep a list of the links, and send them to us together so the pattern is clear.

Google has its own checks for sudden floods of reviews, and owner reports help point to the ones that got through. Our pages on fake reviews and spam reviews cover related cases, and why Google did not remove a review explains what to do when a report is turned down.

How It Works

From link to removed

No forms and no accounts to set up. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, and you always know where each review stands.

Open the review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and send it to us on WhatsApp. One link or a whole sheet both work.

We read every review against Google's rules, tell you which ones qualify, and send you a quote. No surprises.

We report each review that breaks the rules and keep after it. It is often fast, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.

You pay per review, and only for reviews that actually get removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
