How review removal works
Review removal is not a button anyone can press. It means checking each review against Google's rules, reporting the ones that break them on the right grounds, and following up. Here is each step we take, and what you see along the way.
Never ordered from these people, but my friend says they are crooks. Stay away.
- The reviewer says they never ordered
- A second hand claim, not a real experience
- No order under this name in the records
The short version
- You send the review links on WhatsApp, one link or a whole sheet
- We check each review and tell you which ones qualify, and which usually stay
- You get a quote, and nothing starts until you say go
- We report each qualifying review on the right grounds and follow up
- Updates come on WhatsApp, and you pay only for reviews that are removed
What review removal really is
Only Google, or the person who wrote it, can take a review down. Nobody else has a delete button, and anyone who says they do is not being straight with you. What a service like ours does is the work around that decision: reading each review against Google's policy, building the case, reporting it through the channels open to every business, and following up until there is an answer.
That is why we are honest from the first message. A review that breaks the rules has a real chance of coming down. A real review from a real customer that follows the rules usually stays, and we say so before any work starts.
Good Rating is an independent team based in Pakistan, with 12+ people and about 5 years in this work. We are not affiliated with Google and have no special access to it.
From first link to last update
The same four steps apply to one review or a full sheet.
You send the links
Open each review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and paste it into WhatsApp. Add anything you know about the reviewer.
We read every review
We look at the text, the account behind it and the timing, then mark each one as likely to qualify or likely to stay.
You decide
You get our verdict on each review and a quote. Nothing is reported until you tell us to go ahead.
We report and keep after it
Each qualifying review is reported on the grounds that fit it. We stay on it and message you on WhatsApp as it moves.
What we look at in each review
- The words: which rule they may break, if any
- The account: how new it is, and what else it has reviewed
- The timing: whether it arrived in a burst with other reviews
- Your side: whether the person matches anyone in your records
When a review is real and follows the rules, we tell you plainly and do not take it on. Our plain words guide to Google's review policy shows the rules we read against.
What you get before any work starts
Before anything is reported, you know where each review stands: the ones we believe qualify, the rule each one breaks, and the ones that usually stay. Then you get a quote. The price depends on the reviews and how many you send, and we share it with you on WhatsApp.
While the reports are open
We report each review on the grounds that fit it and follow up. If an appeal makes sense, it is sent from your Business Profile, and we help you with it. Removals are often fast, but every review is different, so we never promise a date. You get updates on WhatsApp as each review moves, so you are not left guessing.
We work Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Pakistan time (PKT), in English and Urdu. Messages sent outside those hours are read when we are back.
When and how you pay
You pay per review, and only for reviews that are actually removed. Removed means gone from your profile, which you can check yourself on Google Maps. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
What we never do
- Write, buy or sell reviews of any kind
- Promise that a review will be removed, or by when
- Claim any link to Google
- Take on a review we believe is real and within the rules, just to bill for it
Agencies follow the same steps with one bulk sheet. See our answers for agencies or the agencies page.
Process questions
Only the review links, sent on WhatsApp. If you know something about a reviewer, such as no booking under that name, add a short note. There are no forms and no accounts to set up.
No, and nobody honest can. Reviews that break Google's rules have a real chance of coming down. Real reviews from real customers that follow the rules usually stay, and we tell you which is which up front.
We tell you on WhatsApp, and you can see it for yourself: the review is no longer on your Business Profile or on Google Maps.
Then you do not pay for it. If we think an appeal has a fair chance, we tell you. If not, we say so, and a calm reply is often the best next step.

Send us the first link
Start on WhatsApp with one review or a whole list. We check each one against Google's rules, send a quote, and you pay only for reviews that are removed.
