Google Review Removal For Hotels
Travelers compare hotels on the map before they compare prices, and a few false reviews can tip a booking to the property next door. We check the reviews you send against Google's rules, report the ones that break them, and charge only for the reviews that come down.
Dirty sheets, bugs in the room and the manager laughed at us. Worst stay of my life.
- No booking, folio or walk in under this name
- The account reviewed a hotel with a similar name that week
- The room type described is one this property does not have
Why hotels get reviews from people who never stayed
Hotels are reviewed by travelers who are often tired, far from home and booking several places on one trip. Mix ups are common: a guest stays at one property in a chain, or at a place with a similar name on the same road, then reviews the wrong one. Add rival properties and staff who left on bad terms, and a hotel profile picks up more rule breaking reviews than most.
Google's content policy asks that reviews describe a genuine experience at the place being reviewed. A stay at another property, a rant about the city's traffic, or a review from a competing hotel does not qualify.
A real guest who found the room noisy, the breakfast poor or the check in slow had a real stay, and their review usually remains. We tell you up front which ones those are.
What We See On Hotel Profiles
Hotel owners and managers send us these patterns more than any others.
The Wrong Property
A detailed complaint about rooms, staff or facilities that match a nearby hotel or another branch, not yours.
No Booking On Record
Stories about a stay that does not appear in your property system, under any spelling of the name.
The City, Not The Hotel
Reviews about the airport, the weather, the area or a local event that say nothing about the property itself.
Which Hotel Reviews Can Come Down
Every link gets an honest check, and we tell you which reviews qualify before any report goes in.
Hotel Reviews We Work On
- Reviews from people with no booking, folio or walk in on record
- Reviews meant for another hotel or another branch of the chain
- Reviews from rival properties, their staff or their owners
- Reviews from former staff about working conditions
- Off topic posts about the area, the weather or local news
- Reviews that post a guest's or staff member's private details
Hotel Reviews That Usually Stay
- A real guest unhappy with cleanliness, noise or the breakfast
- A guest who booked through a travel site and had a problem at your desk
- A wedding or event guest who really attended something at your venue
A well judged reply to a real guest is read by every future traveler who opens your profile. We will flag those rather than report them.
Chains, lookalike names and travel sites
Travelers often stay at more than one property on a trip, and branded hotels can have several locations in one city. When a review describes a pool, a restaurant or a room type you do not have, it is usually meant for someone else. Your property system is the quickest way to confirm the guest was never booked with you.
Travel sites add another layer. A guest who booked through a third party and disliked the booking site's rules still stayed with you, so that review usually stays. But a review from someone whose booking never reached you, and who never arrived, describes a business they never visited. We look at each one on its facts.
Rival properties, former staff and abuse
Hotels in the same area compete for the same travelers, and reviews from a rival owner or their staff break Google's conflict of interest rule. Reviews from former housekeepers, receptionists or managers about their job fall under the same rule. Our pages on competitor reviews and former employee reviews cover both.
Off topic and abusive content is the other big group. Rants about local politics, threats aimed at a named staff member, or a post that shares a guest's room number all break the rules, and our page on offensive reviews explains how those are judged.
What to send us
Check your booking records for the name and the dates in the review, then send us the link and a short note. Guest records stay with you.
- The share link of each review, taken from Google Maps
- Whether the guest appears in your bookings under any spelling
- Details in the review that match another property or another branch
We take it from there on WhatsApp, and the full process is on our review removal page. If your property has a restaurant, our page for restaurants covers that side. Reviews from people who never stayed at all are covered in depth on reviews from non customers.
From link to removed
No forms and no accounts to set up. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, and you always know where each review stands.
Open the review on Google Maps, tap share, copy the link and send it to us on WhatsApp. One link or a whole sheet both work.
We read every review against Google's rules, tell you which ones qualify, and send you a quote. No surprises.
We report each review that breaks the rules and keep after it. It is often fast, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.
You pay per review, and only for reviews that actually get removed. If a review stays up, you do not pay for it.
Worst place ever. Do not waste your time or money here!
Hotel review questions
That is a strong case to report, because the review describes another business. Show us the details that do not match your property and we will use them in the report.
If the person stayed with you, the review is a real experience even if the problem started with the booking site. If they never arrived and the review describes a stay, it may qualify. We will tell you which applies.
Posting another person's private details breaks Google's personal information rules. Send the link our way and we will report it under that rule.
Yes. The rules are the same for a family guest house and a large property, and we check every link the same way.
Per review, after it is removed. We send a quote on WhatsApp once we have checked your links, and you owe nothing for reviews that stay up.
Send Us Your Hotel's Review Links
Message us on WhatsApp with the reviews that do not reflect a real stay. We check each one, tell you plainly where it stands, and you pay only for reviews that are removed.
